JEREMY
A former professional wrestler looking to enjoy his golden years in a calm, fitness-oriented environment, Bob began Zen Planner over 20 years ago after retiring from the ring. You can find him on the gym floor or interacting at the front desk.
JEREMY
Mia is our personal coach who handles all of our fitness programming and all one-on-one training. he's responsible for coming up with all of our features and implementing them from start to finish to help our members meet their goals.
BETHANY
Bethany found her passion for CROSSFIT back in the early 2000s after an experience abroad before attending law school. After THAt She decided to become a dedicated crossfit instructor who is lightyears above the rest at our facility.
Brenda
A former professional weightlifter looking to enjoy her golden years in a calm, fitness-oriented environment. Brenda began at Zen Planner over 10 years ago after retiring from the events. You can find her on the gym floor.
